Affordable Flooring is delighted to be fully open again for business
We have been working hard to ensure safety to our customers and staff ahead.
Below are a few changes and procedures we have made for protecting our customers and colleagues.
Instore
Due to the size of our stores, we can now accept more than one customer at a time but will still continue to restrict the number of customers in a busy period as required.
Our employees in the showroom and our fitters will wear protective face masks and gloves for your protection and ours when needed and requested.
Our stores, tills, phones, payment portals, and all surfaces are sanitized after each use and every morning and evening with fluid alcohol or a bleach solution.
We've shortened our opening hours, so there's additional time for cleaning.
New hours will be 9:00 – 5:00 Monday to Friday, 9-4:00 Saturdays.

We are putting our teams and customers' safety first, and feel confident we have the right changes in place to take our first steps forward.
Home Visit
Before and after home visits we will be using hand sanitizer, we will also be wearing protective masks and gloves.
We politely ask for it to be a one to one appointment where possible and for a safe two-meter distance to be kept.
Fitting service
We will be carrying on our fantastic fitting service as normal with a few safety
changes.
Our fitters will be we will be using hand sanitizer before and after fitting, we
will also be wearing protective masks and gloves when requested.
We kindly ask for there to be the fewest number of people in the house where
possible and for a safe two-meter distance to be kept at all times.
Please make sure where possible all personal belongings and furniture is
moved out of the areas that need fitting.

What we will be asking you to do in-store.
At all times, maintain the 2-meter distance rule in-store.
We will ask you to use the hand sanitizer provided when entering if you could
also wear a face mask then this would be appreciated but not mandatory.
If you’re feeling poorly or have had signs/symptoms of coronavirus please
stay at home. We’ll be delighted to help you as soon as you feel better.
To avoid groups please shop alone if possible.
